3D Interior Rendering
Hotel Project: students were asked to find a “fetish object” that would inspire the design of a boutique hotel in New York. A carousel was chosen as the fetish object. The floor plans developed include a lower lobby, upper level lounge, reception and bar area, storage, coat check, and bellhop area.
After the floor plan was developed, a 3D Max model was created in order to present the plan in 3D with texture, color, finishes, and depth of space.
Senior Center Project: a 10,000 sq. ft. floor plan was developed for a Senior Center that included a cafe, floral arranging area, VIP dining room, fine art studios, gallery space, and a reception area for an elderly clientèle. After the floor plan was designed, a 3D Max model was created in order to present the plan in 3D with textures, colors, finishes, and perspectives.
Natural textures such as raw silk, natural woods, and hemp wallpaper and carpeting were applied in order to create a calming, environmentally friendly atmosphere for a creative and active senior citizen.
